From birth until your little one is ready to transition to Leadon Lodge
“Crib Cottage” is a wonderful and unique home from home experience; we feel that it is like a magical bridge between home and Nursery School. Having our very own space for our little, little people enables us to offer unique and bespoke care. Our high staff ratio’s mean that we can carry out routines that are tailor made around meeting your child’s individual needs.
Our environment enables the children to have free access to dough, sand, water, paint and craft in our “messy room”. We have small world, block play, role play, stories, puppets and treasure baskets in our lovely reception room for the children to explore. Fresh air and exercise is important and our children have daily opportunities to take part in physical and outside play; this could be in our nursery gardens, going for walks in the village or visiting the Enchanted Woods at Leadon Lodge. To complement our learning environment, we follow the “Enriched Curriculum” activities for your little ones to take part in each day.
